Support Ticket opened 3 days ago.. no response yet
hi - i opened a support ticket via the game interface on Sunday, but I haven't even had the first response back yet. What should be the turn around time for initial response? I hate to think that I will have to wait this long for each subsequent response after that to get this problem solved. I'd give you the ticket number, but.. there doesn't seem to be any way for me to identify the contact us request i sent without providing email address.
Does supercell support team monitor the forums?
