Wizards glitch in clan war - Lost Full War Loots and Gems :(

In our previous clan war one of our important war attack had a set of wizards that bowed repeatedly but didn't actually attack (video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GWtIYmaHcE4). It looked like they were doing either zero damage or very little damage for few seconds. That attack must be produce 2 stars, but it is ended at 49% with only 1 star :(


Finally, the war is "DRAWN" and it gave us half the loot even we spend gems (real-world money) for some other war attacks.

WE ARE PLAYING COC WARS FOR STARS AND & TRYING TO ARCHIVE MORE WINS. WE CANT ACCEPT A LOSE WAR OR DRAW'S BECAUSE THIS IS CLEARLY "A GAME BUG" IN YOUR SYSTEM. PLEASE GIVE BACK OUR WIN. BECUASE IT'S NOT OUR FAULT!

It is not a glitch but is how the troops AI works. Wizards target a single troop and it takes a while for their attack animation to go through. If during this time the troop or building they are targeting is killed by another troop then they will finish the animation but obviously with nothing to throw their fireballs at.

pretty much sums it up, blobbing wizards on small buildings will limit their effective damage as well as if u drop single target fast troops on a blob of reinforcements.

There is a good chance they'll all target the same one but the archer will kill it before the wizards can fire, completely negating their splash

As i said spread them out to make sure they target diff units or buildings.

This is NOT a bug
