Getting disconnected during war
Hi Supercell.
I have been playing Clash Of Clans for nearly 3 years now. Although i see many online COC communities like this, i didnt really bothered to be involved but today i am creating an account here just to bring up a very annoying issue that has been happening all the time
I would randomly get the "Connection to server lost" pop up everytime im in a game. I am using a very stable Wifi connection that is connected from my home broad band. The rest of the connection in my house (laptop etc) does not have any problems like this except for clash of clans.
This happens ALL THE TIME whenever i am attacking in a war. When i start my attack, i could not spawn any of my troop and the next thing i know "connection lost". When i re-enter the game and look at the war stats, it shows that i attacked and lost with 0 stars. This is very unfair. I think Supercell should look into this matter seriously because it has became a very frustrating issue especially when you didnt even get a chance to attack and you lost.
Maybe Supercell should make a patch so that user could not "end battle" in a middle of a war and even if the battle stopped inbetween due to connection error then the attack should not be counted. Im sure many people have faced this problems many times and i see many players complaining about it online.
I have checked with my ISP, checked my connection status etc and there are absolutely nothing wrong with my internet connection but im still getting disconnected from the game server for no reason.
Please Supercell, look into this matter urgently. This issue is seriously a disadvantage for players especially during war.
