Just start finding things that work well and begin to tweak and fiddle with it to "improve" it so that it ends up NOT working so well. Then sit back and relax.....they will find you. :D

It will also be a good idea to keep a leaf blower handy so that when they approach your front door to knock, you can blow them backward 1.5 tiles every 2 seconds or so. It won't do any damage to your hiring chances but it will slow the progress of you getting hired...

If this person can't use the internet to simply search himself for the application, what makes him think he can Work for a top gaming company?

How old are you? Based on your post history, you seem a little....not old enough.
