What is this, it is clear that is th9 the most difficult to defend, they attack me everytime that i log off. How should I gain anything after this update. I farm with gibarch that take about 30 minutes or so...the only option are gems. They attack immediatelly when i log off...under 1 minute.
U cant farm anything without gems, although loots are awesome, but if they steall more than u earn, u gain very little.
Wrong league?
I´m in Gold league as a mid-to-max TH 8 and everything is fine...
I am in silver league, where the most people are after the update...should i go lower. I am in silver 1.
lol, my first thought was that you are in crystal or master-league atm, because there it is normal :D
Or perhaps go a bit up to Gold-2-3, here I get attacked of course, but not that often...
No loots in gold after the update....i would like to hear an opinion from th9.
well sad... for me here is pretty fine loot, plenty of TH 7 and TH 8 with a lot of loot:confused:
Loot is awesome in silver...the point is, that they attack me non stop.

That u will understand better...farming isnt a problem, a problem is that i get raided few seconds after i log out.
I get attacked non-stop too, my defense log a lot like my attack log, last def was 14min ago, then 45, then about an hour ago.
And while I'm typing this, I got notified that I'm getting attacked lol, so silly.
But as u mentioned, more loot !!
U should try changing ur base layout, maybe it seems really easy to get farmed.

I'd actually consider going higher. Seems a lot of top players are dropping to Silver. I actually had a horrid time in Silver, so it's weird everyone else is doing great.

I am a TH9 sitting in the silver leagues for all the great loot also. The times i have been hit, they only sniped my TH. I would build up the defence and make a more formidable base to make any attackers lean more towards sniping?

It's not just the xbows, you look like a max th8 who has just arrived th9. You need to work on your defences asap. Focus on all the new defenses you got and bring them to the same lvl than the one you already have. This way, you'll look like a decent th9. Don't bother with the walls, they are great for now.Quote:

what do you mean you cant farm without gems. I don't use gems to farm, I use troops. No gems needed. and if you cant find anything in silver 1, drop down to about 900-1,000 trophies, Tons of stuff there, because since everybody is in silver 1, people who don't have enough for a big upgrade have dropped around 200 trophies to try to protect it lolQuote:

Max th8 here sitting in c3-2, full de/lix and all I get are snipes, even ones that give a single trophy. Even th9s are choosing to snipe with full gibarch armies and lvl5+ queens.
Back to basics:
1) Never log off between raids
2) Never break shields unless you can raid at least 3 times or breaking it strategically
3) Th outside with decorations
4) Raid in sessions of at least 3s (the more the better)
Personally, I've been finding great collector raids in G1/2, gotten 1.3mil the past hr of farming unboosted. Using gibarch as well, I don't use much troops per collector raid, so retrain time is 12-14min. 4-5 raids like that per hr (220k at least per raid, I don't take anything less).
You are too generous to say a minute. My TH8 can barely survive more then 20 seconds after shield runs out, not once, not twice, but constantly after the update. It is an almost immediate attack.Quote:

Or use a farming base. With a decent base, regardless of league you should be getting sniped nearly 100% of the time.
EDIT: Just saw your post, above, although tbh it takes a negligible amount of time to tap the screen every now and then. Furthermore, regardless of how active you are you can and will benefit from a farming base. I'm a TH 9, btw.
The big advantage is that when you have a solid farming base people will simply go for the TH, either for cups or a free loot bonus. This means you lose 1000 gold/elix and a handful of cups, neither of which are very important or hard to make up.
There is always loot in masters plus a gigantic loot bonus i get like 300k with loonionQuote:

I always like to save 1 resource only at a time. If you are saving elixir, configure singularity and dump gold into walls in the mean while. Low loot = best defense in game. Trying to save all resources will result in murder, regardless of defense lvls. Only th10s with infernos sort of have that luxury.
idk how many times people need to be told this...
1) Even if you get raided for max available loot... it's really not that much considering how available loot is after this update. Do 1, maybe 2 raids, and you would have it all back. And being raided for all your loot isn't even that common.
2) Want to be raided even less? Put your town hall out, this is something everyone stresses that you should do. Yea you'll get the occasional person who will still raid you... but most of the time you'll be safe.

As a th9 you can't be losing more than you gain if you farm even a little before logging off. The most you can lose is 420ish from storages and that's if you have max storages filled and there's no loot penalty involved. If your collectors are max it makes it even harder to lose resourses.
Guys gold 3 is good now...I can find a loot and they attack me rarely.
Only snipes with all loots at cap.
I find 600k + raids in bronze 1. Sad part is I go offline for 10 minutes and I go up 200+ trophies.
You don't have xbows, which is a magnet for attackers. Plus you look like a new TH9 (maybe you are), and unfortunately, you will be attacked until you get stronger. Same thing happened to me when I came to TH9 in January.
I have the opposite problem. I am not getting a shield for 4-6 hours, which makes me anxious about my exposed DE drills. I can sit with max gold in storage without many problems. The most gold I lose is because of re-arming traps after failed heroics :facepalm:
99% of TH8s can be pillaged easily with a barch variant by a TH9 because of bad base design. Hopefully this will help though.Quote:
