If you're Hogs are lvl4, that would be the best way to go.
But a dragloon attack is possible as well, the AD's are fairly on the outside.
I would use an 813 Dragloon attack on this base:
9 Dragons lvl3
8 Loons lvl5
5 Max Loons in CC
3* Lightning Spell
1. Zap the AD at 2 o'clock, since this is the hardest to reach
2. Deploy 8 Dragons around the AD at 6 o'clock: Funnel them to the AD, Drop your 8 loons behind once the AD locks on your Dragons
=> If you worry about the Air Sweeper, you can drop one of your cut dragons around here
3. Once the only remaining AD locks on your dragons, deploy the 1 dragon you have left + CC loons near the archer tower at 11 o'clock just on top off the AD
Your dragon will tank the hits, while the CC loons clean up the AT -> AD
How you use your BK is up to you: I would use it to clean up; comming from the bottom right.
Easy 3 star with Hogs.
Just Swarm with Hogs from North-West and just heal whenever needed.
Similarly, you could also do a GoHo. KS on BK side. Then, swarm from North-West.
