Common master base. How to attack it ?

i find this base a lot high in MI 3100 cups. since im barching to 3200, i always next it as im not sure how to hit it. Any tips on raiding it. Would ballonion be better vs this type of base ..??

any one star strategy , or 2 if its easy would be appreciated. Im stuck at 3050 right now. Record was 3103.

My clan members tend to use baloonion attacks in masters and I've seen many videos of them getting an easy 50% baloons then minions just like a barch attack

It gets tought at 3100 range. How exactly do they do it. Also, this base is super common. I need the name to see if there is a how to beat it video. I find it every 8 nexts or so.
