Alright.. considering you have low lvl hogs and you can't attack this with air, lets forget about HoLoWiWi.
You should try GoWiWiPe with maxed witches in cc if you have access to them. However you should bring some balloons on the backend to cleanup the last few defenses when all the ADs are down.
1 Archer Tower = 2 Balloons
1 Cannon = 1 Balloon
Mortar = 2 Balloons
Attack the Archer Towers first with the balloons then the 1 balloon defenses.
