Been playing since november 2014, here is my base and my troops:
I was wondering if I should go to TH10? I'm not in a rush to upgrade, the problem is that I almost maxed all my walls and I have nowhere to dump my ressources so I feel like it's a waste raiding with 8 mill elixir/8 mill gold while farming DE etc. Thanks for advice!
Sure, bo.tting shouldn't be any different at TH10.

As far as the term "being active" goes, I know there are many levels of activity in most aspects of life. I am very active in CoC since May 2014 and seeing this base just screams "red flag" to me.
Congratulations though, enjoy farming at TH10.

Although OP's playing time is quite short, I wouldnt suspect anything because OP is focused in doing walls instead of maxing defenses.. Everyone have their own style of playing.. but in my opinion is that your offenses are simply not strong enough even though your heroes levels are high.. if you are active in clan war I would suggest to up wizard, golem and witches before going th10.. I would echo Counterpoint that if you want to war, you should push up your Dark Barracks (and pause the defensive work for a bit, max the mines/collectors/drills, not that you need it)
You also might consider starting a second (and/or third) account. With the rate you play the game, you are going to finish zap walls long before you finish TH10 defenses. Spread that playing time across multiple accounts and you'll have multiple awesome accounts instead of one. (play each account just enough to keep builders/lab busy and focus your farming on whichever one you want)
