Basically exactly what the title tells.
Im a mid-TH7 base with a hybrid base layout. Currently I have 1480 Trophies and in gold-III league.
I want to get to the Crystal league atleast because I want new members in my clan. Any major tips on how to reach Crystal-III? And can you make a guess how long will it actually take to reach there?
when I was a TH7 it took me 2 hours sniping from 1400s. [before new matchmaking...]
basically, 3 barracks archer and 1 barracks barbarians.
when it reaches around 100 army capacity (100 out of 200) I'd go find an exposed TH and grab the free cup. The reason I bring 100 is whether I encounter:
a) collector raid with an exposed TH - I can atleast get some from it
b) THs surrounded by various traps
The problem I'm facing with the new matchmaking is that, the higher you go in trophy count, more well protected bases show up. So it is pretty hard going above 1500 cups.

Currently in Gold-I and exposed TH's are hard to find. However, a few of them still come around. Average time for an exposed TH is about 6-7 minutes. But it really matters on when you're sniping. Sometimes an exposed TH simply doesn't show up. I take a break. If somebody doesn't attack me, I start searching again.Quote:
