Base rating time

I have been grinding a lot the last couple of months and am finally feeling that its time to try and get to masters at least once before I do some serious GEM bashing on this game.
What do you guys think and what do you think I can change on my base?

For raiding I have notice that it works ok but Clan wars its sort of a back fire base, especially when those witches comes to play.

screw the new air thing, not important, gem your walls air defenses and mortar towers.

Stagger the t-junctions throughout your base. Looks really prome to wbs.
