Im a max th8 so ive got all maxed troops and spells exept golems (upgrading atm) and valks.

Normally Id use hogs but since its a th9 however rushed it could have 2 double giant bombs.
EDIT:
since its a rushed th9 my main worry is extra traps, not the level of the defences.
Gowipe or loons or giants with wizards and archers would all work better than hogs
GoWiVa/GoWiPe from 12:00 position. Even if valks aren't maxed they could still do a good job. The reason 12:00 is because most point defenses on that side. You want to take care of point defenses first in GoWiPe since they are bulk troops.
If GoWiPe: 2 rage 1 heal
If GoWiVa: 2 heal 1 rage
GoHo could work but multiple DGB or single bomb locations. They're most probably on sandwiched positions between two defenses.
I suggest using GoWiWiPe. 2 Pekkas and ask for 2 Witches from any of your clan mates, you'll want a maxed one if they have any.
Ive never tried gova, i'd assume you replace the 2 pekkas with 6 valks. I can also hold 3 max valks in my cc. I think that should be enough. as well as that, 2 golems 16 wiz, 8 wallbreakers and loons to lure the cc. Spells 2 rage and heal?

No need to lure cc as valks and wiz will take care, and loons will be waste of space, unless you attack with GoVaLoon, which I do not think seems viable with this base. Valks splash damage will totally obliterate cc. If dragon comes out of cc, drop a rage and heal.
Spells: 2 heal 1 rage, because valks have less HP than Pekkas, and are faster.
well attack done and got 97% 2 star... leftover wiz tower at the end. Ill be using this attack strategy again though.
