leaders ability to see whos on and pvt message

It would be nice if leaders (and coleaders only) got to see who is on and be able to send private messages to each individual clan member. It could pop up as a notification on the top corner or something so you can communicate to individuals (that might no be looking at the chat screen) to ask for specific troops or help them out w.o. putting it all on the chat screen which I find annoying to type on....don't know if it's because of my samsung tab or it's just the way it is but if you mess up a word you cant go back and change it by tapping to the wrong word..you have to backspace..what is this, the mid 90's!? And the limit on characters on chat and both email suck.ok im done bit€hin...

The ability to see if someone is online has been officially ruled out.
