clearing of tasks from task board poses risk to health: needs epilepsy warning

I have heared from others and experience it daily: when taking tasks off the task board it keeps rapidly moving from top to bottom (to the personal task log) and then rapidly up again. I have never experienced any problems while playing any game but this is making us sick and dizzy. I clear the task and have to look away. You really need to change this!!!!!! 2 of our neighbours don t play because this has triggered severe migraine.

Further: I am sure you know that many of the HD players are over 50. Right? How come you made the button showing the lbs of fish caught so small that one cannot see it without glasses and magnifying glass?
It would be great if many of us players could reply to this post to make them aware of these problem.

Here is another problem with the auto scrolling. Right after I finished my 6th task I can no longer scroll to the 1st row of tasks. As soon as I reach the top row it automatically scrolls to my personal tasks, so I am unable to trash any tasks in the 1st row. I can trash orders in the 2nd and 3rd row if I am careful not to scroll all the way up to the top row.

the work around I found for it (not a very effective one) is to go to the global tab, let it refresh, then go back to the tasks tab.

Thanks Tomville for the information. I will try it on the next Derby race but I hope SC gets this problem fixed soon.

It also works if you go slowly up just far enough to see the top row points and a little bit of the picture. I can usually delete any low tasks. It still jumps down to the bottom (I do so hope they fix this before tomorrow, lol), and then I go slowly back up.

Yes, this scrolling issue is so annoying that it is worth an update to the program even if there is nothing else they are going to address now. Please Supercell - do not delay! Thank you.

I sure hope they address this before the next derby.

I'm bumping this thread - there are many others this is the most recent - because after the 2 maintenance breaks, the board still jumps. I had thought that was a fix this time around. Please please please stop it. The constant motion sickness is making it such a chore. Thanks.

I know its really bad & annoying...I did see a reply from nick that this would be addressed in the next update not the maintenance breaks, they were for server related things...

hopefully this update comes soon! I Have found grabbing the screen stops it from bouncing but don't scroll right back up to the top as that will make it bounce back to bottom too...

Edit - mine doesn't seem to be jumping back to the bottom when I pull all the way up to the top, progress...? lol

It only jumps back to the bottom when you've finished all your 6 tasks.. As long as you can still take a task it won't jump to the bottom when you scroll all the way up to the top.. (as far as I know anyway)

OK thanks, carina. I hadn't seen that and was really hoping. The motion is really bad for those of us it affects. sigh...I'll wait...

Wow. This is a major issue. I'm surprised they even did such animation given HD seems to think things through.
