Yes, I agree that your complaint is that stronger players raid you and take your loot. Therefore, you want it as people at your level can raid you which give you a Better chance to defend or revenge. You cant penalize stronger players invading you if you decided to up your townhall. This is why they say, welcome to the big leagues. You just have to suck it up.

Matchmaking system is fine. I don't understand all the complaining.
Matchmaking has only become unfair to those that were preying on the weak prior to the update.
As a Maxed Defense TH9, Maxed Dark Troops, almost Maxed Legos (2 more to go!) but low heroes (sad face) I have been in Crystal 2 almost exclusively. I have definitely never seen Gold in months, much less Silver.
To me, the only difference is I see better loot slightly faster. I say slightly because before, I never felt I had a problem finding loot. Now, it's almost the first base I load up is good enough to raid.
This update did hurt premature bases.
