Sorry SC but... New Matchmaking sucks.

I really enjoyed playing and like all the aspects of the April 30, 2015 update EXCEPT for the new matchmaking calculations. You lose one battle (or get raided), and it is nearly impossible to recover. It is so frustrating, it is to the point that the game is no longer fun. I love a challenge, but this just makes it no longer fun. The correlation of losing trophies to gaining trophies is no longer balanced and it seems all you do is lose ground. I hope this is reconsidered...now I find myself not gravitating to the game any longer....this is supposed to be fun...it no longer is, which is taking away from the appeal of playing.

So you want to be inactive, just collecting resources from mines and collectors, and advance in the game?!

It is your problem that you are not attacking.

I also get destroyed by TH9s all the time, but I attack and make up for it. So fix your problems YOURSELF.

Erm, read back your first statement and see your logic fail. Your main account has been played well and isn't suffering. Your extra accounts are being rushed and not played properly so sucks for them.

This update is trying to make leagues and th level mean something, so of course rushed bases are gonna suffer. They are rewarding you for playing well, not for just turning up and relying on collectors or playing in a haphazard way and achieving the same as a good player....

I've posted a million times about this. Attack more and be better at it, or you will die. In which case, quit if you can't stand the heat. If you want to be rewarded just for showing up and clicking a few sparkly buttons a few minutes a day, go play FarmVille or one if the many other unchallenging, free to play yawn fests that let you progress however ♥♥♥♥ you play.....

I think you want to bully without being bullied in return. Yes it now has guys your TH level hit you instead of presenting you to lower levels with no chance. Yes it now prevents you from pushing down to safely raid while being immune to raids. That was by design and the game is better for it.

Look at the bright side. They are treating you to real raids instead of zapping your DE. If you review the forum they have solved a far bigger problem that concerns far more players than what you are on about.

If you want to passively upgrade your village without being bothered by attackers, you need to play a game like SIM CIty or something. This game was never designed to be played the way you played it, and now you're upset that you can't play it that way. Sorry if I don't feel for you, but you're in a small minority, and I doubt Supercell will feel much of a loss because of this.

Yes, it hurts some rushed THs, but not unless you're really rushed. If players want to continue, they'll find a way or start over. It did go a long way to solve a bigger problem though, of the strong preying too much on the weak, and sitting at a level where they were essentially immune to getting attacked.

Ironically, you're sitting at a trophy level where now you're being matched mostly against players who think like you, which is a big part of your problem. You could still more or less passively upgrade if you trophy up to crystal 3 and put your TH out. I'd recommend checking in twice a day if you can though.

That's why you don't do that. Yeah, I get that you want to peacefully get your base maxed, but you get all the fun pulled away from you. This game is meant to be challenging. Either go hard or go home.

I personally like it, but it's a bit harsh for TH7's in Crystal 3. But I'll still take it.

I disagree its not a small number complaining its a large number that are and its about having the time to play most don't have all day to sit and keep on. Whats the fun in getting crushed by someone 80 levels above you? and Yes I have been I'm a level 86 and got total by a level 160. The problem is the trophy counts what they should do is do away with that and make it level based say 5 levels each way,this would make the game fair for all to play.

This is dxactly the problem... You can't make a game fair for everyone. The whole point of a game is to be challenged and overcome that challenge. You want it easy cos you don't wanna put the time in. Who are they gonna improve a game for? Those who work at it to get better and put more time in, or throwaway players like yourself? If you disappear it'll be a blip on the radar, and no one would miss it. you can't hardly play then moan you want a game changed for you. Large numbers of you or not asking for this, you're not the people making the game a game, or generating revenue for Supercell.

Its very hard to get her resources because every base I find is a max th8 and every time I log off even for 3 minions I get ride by th8s and 9s. I dont get it my walls are 8/7 and I maxed out th7. And wats I agreeeee this new match making sux

theres no way EVERY base would be a max th8. You aren't skipping enough, aren't raiding in blocks (which is the only true way to farm efficiently) and yes you will get raided more because you're bottom of the pile in your new th level. You gotta work through it and claw up the ranks of th8 players. That's the challenge. Same as it has always been. Earlier this year I turned th9 from max th8... And I got my a$$ handed to me all the time til I got both my xbows and reached mid th9 - about 2 months! You work harder at the bottom of a th, thats fair. Your peers have earned their keep already. You must too.
