'Suspicious activity' might be their new style message post-update for a multitude of sins, but the only things that seem to make sense would be:
Account selling
Disreputable gem purchases, either through credit card or top-up card fraud.

You know what you have done, and the only way you're going to get help is by telling us the truth. Supercell don't usually make Bans especially 31 days without good evidence. You have breached the ToS, however, you obviously never took your time to read the ToS otherwise you wouldn't have got into this mess.
There's no point contacting SC, you'll be wasting their time. You can ask if it's valid, but you might as well just message a Supercell Communiy Mamager here. Read the ToS if you haven't already or do it again and compare the things to what you might have said or done.
A fluffy is what I believe to be when you trick people into giving you Leader/ Co and kicking most of the clan out/ destroying it. This warrants a punishment if evidence.
Just ask in game support about it. They will know.

but their is an exception, one guy was framed and banned. Someone got mad and made an account saying he was selling his account, the framed guy was banned. Not sure if it was ever fixed thoughQuote:
