Who do i contact about my 31 day ban?

There's no point contacting SC, you'll be wasting their time. You can ask if it's valid, but you might as well just message a Supercell Communiy Mamager here. Read the ToS if you haven't already or do it again and compare the things to what you might have said or done.

A fluffy is what I believe to be when you trick people into giving you Leader/ Co and kicking most of the clan out/ destroying it. This warrants a punishment if evidence.

I play the game to have fun who the hell reads the tos when downloading/playing a fun game? i honestly think my ban is a misunderstanding

Well, it's your fault for not reading the ToS. It's there for a reason. You have obviously breached the ToS and you are facing the consequences.

I read the tos and ive done nothing that went against it. my concern is if i was falsely temp banned (considering that this is a warning not to keep doing what ever they think im doing) how long till im perma banned.

but their is an exception, one guy was framed and banned. Someone got mad and made an account saying he was selling his account, the framed guy was banned. Not sure if it was ever fixed though

Hey just got banned for two days for offensive name or language. My name is Calvin and my clan name and profile are benign. Wondering if there is any way to find out what I did to trigger ban. I'm a leader and would like to know
any advice would be appreciated
