new somethings and a problem

Hi,
according to the new version of the clash of clans, there was happened a real problem and thats about notes on the clan board. Their sizes got smaller and really cannot read them. Please solve it.
and 3 good ideas I think they should be good. First a private chat tab, for example when someone is gonna to speak to somebody, just click on his/her name and go to the private tab or better word : Whispering. This work will make the chat clear and better than that will do chat away from some bad behaviors.If it is able, just make this for global chat, not in clan chat. If it be in clan chat will make there amorphous.
And the second is about the clan. Likely someones in their clans like to their names be written on the clan profile. I mean just leader as the first and who has donated more in the clan last season.
Of course this is hard to find the leader in a clan with more 30 members.
And the third idea is about players profile. A service like clan profiles. Players can write somethings on their profiles. This will be good if anyone can write good sentences, or etc.
