Not getting board while raiding and Private chat

Hi guys! My first iDea is for Raid. Sometimes when I raid, or most of us, we let all of our troops let go in the first 30 seconds, so at that time, we do not have much things to do, so why can't we have a chat with our clan members during raid so that we don't get board while watching the raid do its own thing. There should also be Live Replay to show our clan mates not only in Clan War (which is already there) but also in an ordinary raid.
My second Idea is a private chat.
Since I am the leader, many members come and sometimes we either have demote them or promote them, now some leaders or Co leaders don't want the others to know about this because you know, if you want to demote some people, and the people listens to you wanting demote them, so it kinda upsets them, so there should be a private chat for a Co to Co or Co to Leader or a group Co chat including the leader.

if you get board (LOLOL love the spelling) in 3 minutes.............then coc is not for you..........sorry bud.

and you have way too many promotions if you have to talk about it regularly.

I think it's because you could have your clan help you attack, give you tips...

they cant see the base ur attacking so how will they help??

2nd idea:If you mean only co leaders and leaders can see promotions and demotions and can toggle their chat to private (co and leader) then great
