No. The Town Hall is bigger than the clan castle it won't fit..
I ment if I made the hole bigger for the th and modified it so it would fit

You can modify it but it will take more walls to surround your Townhall which then you will need to take out on some parts of your base.
I think his real question is if the base is good for trophy hunting...
If thats the question.. Then I would say no. You would have to swap more stuff to make it a good trophy base. An example is bringing your defenses more into the center of the base and resources out.

I wouldn't.
clan castle is a great defense, as well as the spacing is different i believe.
