Just tell me what do you think about Lavaloonion with Air Sweeper, does it means the air attacks have no sense? Will they be used as well as before? Or maybe people won't but Air Defences wisely and Balloons will stay at the 1st troops? Any opinion will be helpful for me, 'cause I'm upgrading Balloons to level 6 now.
Who knows yet. It's not the end of loons in regular raiding by any means, but in war it's already a fine line getting a 3 star and this might just push it over. It could actually hurt people if they aim it wrong, pushing the air troops along faster to their target. Guess we will see how this will play out, but very disappointed personally.
I hope this ends the OP of Lavaloon attacks. They were starting to get about as boring as a mass drag attack on TH7's lol

you only get one sweeper that only aims at one direction and fires at a slow rate.
air attacks still good, but more difficult.

Yea, the Baloonion was the simpliest strategy to get 3 stars, every th9 could get easy 3 stars on almost maxed th8.Quote:

Their time isn't close to up, it's just time for rage to get a bit of light too.
You have one sweeper that pushes troops back, this is a problem for slow troops especially loons, rage is going to play a big part soon, raging the loons up so they can recover faster. :p

I think it just means its going to take a bit more skill than before. You will have to really think about the base before you attack. It also means defenders have a few more options on how to configure their base against lavaloons.
The biggest change here is finally TH7-8 should not be doing all dragons anymore. Even though I am a TH10, we have 7s and 8s in my clan and it was always lame to see mass dragons or mass anything for that matter. This will help make those TH's learn more advanced tactics and better prepare them for TH9 and TH10.
