As mentioned Facebook does not save any aspect of your village. It just allows you to see friends that are playing.

You need to report this to Support in-game. So on the new starter village that pops up got to the cog icon that is Settings -> Help and Support -> Contact Us/New conversation button in the top right.
That starts your ticket/communication with support services.

You need to be patient with this from now on. First response can take about 24 hours minimum and each response after maybe 12 hours or so. With the new update and name change dilemmas plus other bugs they would be flooded with even more tickets so you need to be very very very patient.
Eventually with the right information you should be able to get your village recovered. First step after that is saving it to Google+.
