More communication options

II have looked on the site for awhile and didn't see this may have missed it anyway....I think there should be an in game friends list with the option to pm people on your list or within your clan only obviously because messaging random people could cause problems but if its done through clan or friends list people can deny adding someone they don't know or care for to prevent bad messages I think this is a needed feature as I know I would like to say something to specific clan members without hurting another member
