At the end u want everything max, but more important is what to upgrade first. Barch lvl5 with lvl6 giants is very powerfull. I would say giants first, then u can start upgrading war troops, because giants improve farming so much, that isnt neccesary for upgrading barch for a while. Off course if u do back to back wars...if u dont war that often, u can upgrade barch first.
