New Defense: Air Sweeper!!

A new defense has been released and like all new defense updates it seems like it will be incredibly OP and it could possibly ruin th10 three star air attacks. Just like the giant bomb buff for hogs we will find a way around this and learn to three star. I'm incredibly happy to have members from clans such as Clashheads and Ha.noi that frequent the forums as they will be able to figure out how to beat this new defense faster than most clans because. How do you folks think this new defense will affect base designs? Will a new attack strategy emerge?

With so many defensive buildings only aiming the ground troops and not effectively neutralizing the air raids, I think it was a necessary step. A GoWiPe should always fare better than an all drag raid. Doubt a single AS will make much difference though given its limited scope but this is a start.

Would mass dragon attack work against a TH8? They have 3 lvl6 ADs.
But, even if you 'd attack an early TH8, it would definitely work. The only difference would be that you won't be able to drop all at once and just sit back and relax. You'd have to see which way to attack and avoid trying to ram-in the AS.

We all know, why they added the Air aweeper...it will ruin the most popular lavaloon strategy and strategy number 1 for th8s-mass dragon. Guys time for other strategies :smirk:

Supercell are geniuses, that will change the game completelly.

It kills surgical laloon as you can place opposite aq and aim at a logical path of loons

Is it me? or we have a BUG on walls!! WE can now use elixir to upgrade walls to LVL 8 and 9!! did Supercell really put it back?!

I know its too early to determine, but that air sweeper may not air raid ender for th9s and th10s. Lavahound don't really do much damage, their usefulness comes from the fact they keep air defense busy while loons wreck the base. If lavahound keeps getting pushed away from other defenses reach it will last longer, giving loons more time to work. Another thing to consider is, sweeper is 2x2 space that does absolutely no damage and is visible. 2x2 empty space, at the very least keeps attacker guessing if there is tesla or giant bomb there, make wrong assumption and your attack may end quickly. I hope air sweepers will make dragon attackers think more, i see too many people just dump dragons with no thought or funneling... than i hear them crying "♥♥♥? What happened? Dragons are ♥♥♥♥♥♥ed!!!"
