Multiplayer matchmaking

Hello SC/Marika.
I read about the new match making aystem and it would be great if it did what is said.

Summary
Keep finding weak bases.
Cant loot
Cant practice
Th9s keep destroying me.

My Village
I'm th8. Cannons lvl 9. Airs 6. Teslas 6. ATs 9. Mortars and wizards at th7 level. Bk10 and a lot of th8 troops/spells.

Overview
Basically, I'm getting only th7s, or very weak th8s. I actually started marking what th levels i get and so far, the th8:th7 ratio seems to be 1.5:1.

Details
The worst thing is that those th8s were all rushed and had no loot. Im in gold 2, have been there before the update.
In defence, I often only lose a couple trophies for losing the th but th9s keep attacking me even with this new system, I cant find good loot yet they keep finding me.

Consquences
Today I looted almost nothing. I had to break into cores of bases using 3 spells (1.3 hours to wait for them again...).
The only thing I can now do effectively is trophie pushing as I can barch the th7s down easily.
Ive also tried practicing with a new army composition but i literally have to search for 15 mins to find an opponent of my level! Moreover, no collector and mine loot at all. After hours and hours.

Conclusion
I would be grateful for any info at all because i cant keep playing like this. Literally no one to attack. Please look into it. Kiitos.

This matchmaking change sounds ok for some, but as a mid complete TH10 it makes farming even more awful than before. The TH10 game has been clearly broken for the four months I've been at this level - you should get some sense of power from being at the top of the game, but instead farming is hugely less profitable than TH8 and TH9. Now you bring this new change that doubles the problem.

The issue is basically there is no economically sensible way to farm against inferno towers, unless the base is absolutely loaded with loot, and those bases are incredibly hard to find at TH10. Even if you do find those bases, and you can at the higher leagues, then you have to cook a full clan wars level army to take them on. You're looking at 2hrs+ for a single attack. As time is money, the economics suck again as a result.

Before this update I was just about making farming work at TH10 by staying in Crystal II and basically finding TH9 and premmie TH10 bases to raid, simply because that was the only way to avoid the expense of dealing with infernos. Now the matchmaking change means that even in Crystal II I meet way more infernos. So I spend more time hitting next, more gold is spent finding a target, and I have less fun.

Fun, does Supercell remember that concept?

I can't quite decide what Supercell are trying to do with TH10. Either youre totally incompetent, or your plan is to make the only way to farm a decent return at TH10 to involve max level attacks which require boosting barracks and spell factories with gems. Day after day. Because you don't make enough already? Supercell should take a look at Zynga, and recognise where greed ultimately gets a free-to-play game studio. I'm not going to start gemming every day just to farm, and if that is the only option then my choice is to find something else to spend my time on.

Sorry to say, but you just ruined a great game and therefore, I'll stop playing. Now, every lvl15 players can join masters league by just crushing some townhall 4 bases and get massive bonus for every attack. I don't think that's clever at all.
I'm a lvl99 townhall 9 player and I liked the game because I was able to play it without having to invest a large amount of time. Playing with little time now is completely impossible because IN ALL LEAGUES, there are no cheap shields anymore. As I'm a more or less fresh townhall 9, other townhall 9 players will crush me easily. I was in Bronze 1 nd just gained 200 trophies in 20mins. Within those 20minutes, I got attacked 12 (!) times, most of them higher lvl than me. Rather than, as a low lvl player, sniping my townhall, my opponents all sent in a hero and quit. Finally, the 12th attacker wrecked my base and stole an amount I can't possibly recover with the 12 hours shield I got for it. So basically, if I want to gain any resources, I'm pretty much forced to attack non stop. Now, even if I'd got the time to do this, I couldn't because everytime I go off for 20 minutes, I'd get wrecked and lose everything I just gained. As long as I got no shield, there is no way I could open the game without having to wait because somebody's attacking me.

Now, if leagues don't matter anymore and I have to play nonstop in order to make any progress at all, you lost me. And probably many others, too. Congratulations!

From my Clan, the ones who manage to profit massively from this update are the th10s. They are not very high in trophies and they now find bases from which they can stral 100-90% of the resources (TH10-9) instead of th8s where theuly can only steal 50% of the resources. This makes farming for them way easier, as they find opponents with loot.

does this mean that deranking will no longer work?

Just got raided by a Master3 th8. And btw, I am at CRYSTAL3. wat da hell? Easy win and easy bonus. Good going SUPERCELL.

There's one thing I've seen that's quite noticeable right now since the matchmaking update: The amount of sh*t, rushed, broke-*♥♥ bases that exist in this game. I've seen so many of these bases offered gddamn XD

From my experience, these bases are always brought active again after a major update, then die off. I believe it's normal.

I'm a TH9 currently in M3 with 2730 cups and while trying to push all i'm seeing are th8s in C3 for 1 or 2 cup offers. Its really aggravating to say the least. If i was trying to farm loot bonus id be hitting these th8s all day long, but as i'm trying to push i'm not seeing the point in even wasting a barch army for 1 darn cup. There is absolutely no reason why i should be seeing anyone in c3. I screencap'd every th8 or 7 i found while searching last night and came across 12 in less than 3 mins. Anyone else having this same issue?
