A lot of our TH10's have dropped to silver and are getting decent loot. But they are still attacking TH09's and 10's. These are the ones who usually hide down there. Maybe the change was the intent to get those TH's to move up. I still farm in masters as what I can hit with the loot bonus is pretty much the same as our Th 10's are seeing in Silver.
I do see a lot of threads on the issue so I do believe their is a problem.
isn't there a stickied matchmaking thread... when are these going to start getting merged...
Supercell. I am a TH9, Exp 92 player and you ruined Clash of Clans for me with the updated match making algorithm.
You fail to understand that I like thousand of your formerly loyal players already invested thousands of hours in trying to figure out how to play this game. This included being raided and losing millions in loot over the past year I have played this game. Attempting hundreds of raids, many met with frustration in lost loot and failed troop combinations. Hundreds of hours in watching replays, asking questions in the forum and on chat. All with the goal that one day, I would improve and be at a point where I could benefit from my invested time and effort. I was at that point and beginning to improve my base, troops and defenses. Your new change affects all of this. At this point, I am basically a beginner again and faced with having to relearn the game.
I'm not wanting or willing to do this. This game is no longer entertaining. Frankly, its now infuriating.
I suggest everyone who shares my sentiment to let you know their disgust with this system wide change.
Couldn't be worse... I gain 1 trophy per attack and lose 30+ per defense...
I'm a th7 in master league.
As a TH7 in Master League you have two choices. Either suck it up and get used to it, or go back down to an appropriate league for your TH level.Quote:

I am TH9 average level. Every time I log off I get looted by a fully maxed TH10 and loose 300k of each resource and 1500 black elixir. There is hardly any chance to make up for my losses in the next attack as I will either land on a player my level but with fewer resources or a player with enough resources but way above me and whose resource I can't loot entirely.
Frankly, only two categories of people gain from the update: the fully maxed out TH10 or the passionated players who can spend time playing continuously, lining up 5-6 attacks in row before logging off. Those are usually teenagers....
Most adults play like me: playing for 5-10 min a few times a day, conducting an attack, logging on and off in between attacks. Everyone in my clan does that and everyone complains.
I thus conclude that the update runs contrary to the stated intent of the gamemaker, to make the game more popular with lower ranking and occasional players, who were disgusted to be wiped out.
The update has also emptied the whole league system of any signification and essentially eradicated the meaning of farming, looting, rushing strategies.
For players my level, the only choices are to stay logged on or to loose resources steadily. I refuse staying glued to a screen awaiting for my troops to form. I have other passions in life: good food, ♥♥♥, an evening with my friends, a beer, an opera or a cinema! This game cannot pretend to be booking my entire free time.
I just find the game more enjoyable when I am in high leagues.Quote:

I agree wholeheartedly. why bother playing anymore? whats the point in farming? and the algorithm still isnt fair. im a th 9 and i get raided by max th10! whatever "massive loot" i get by raiding is immedietly stolen after 30 seconds of logging off. watch out supercell, you r gonna lose a lot of loyal players like myself.Quote:

NO ONE can keep up with this unless u waste all ur time playing this game or you heavily gem. Super Cell has made a HUGE mistake with this.
