This. Avg 4 trophies per raid and some TH 8 just sniped me for 14 trophies. 14 trophies for a snipe. Even if I attack without spells 3 times I'm still at a deficit. SuperCell please reduce training time *and* spell creation time. It's a ridiculous concept to have this game on your phone/tablet that has an unnecessary time consuming feature most PC based games don't have. I've played every character in Mortal Kombat X, dined and exercised before I can play the CoC again. If I can attack more without boosting I would be able to keep a few trophies.

i gave up this game once before and it was because the match making was so terrible.
you would hit the next button for ages looking for a decent base to attack and when you found one 40 minutes had passed and the trophies or loot wasn't worth it.

Agreed. I've been playing the game for well over a year now, just upgraded to TH 10, level 98. I have been farming at low trophy count quite successfully all along, but am now getting regularly hammered such that I'm actually now moving backwards instead of forward with gold & elixir. Didn't realize what had happened until I decided to attack, which also sucked, but it at least allowed me to realize why my base was getting so regularly hammered. Unless they change the game, I'll probably quit playing.

Man ... why not go back a few pages and actually read!! Increase your trophy count and put your TH out. Easy Peasy problem solved.

My clan and I have been complaining about getting raided way too often. Now I know why.
I literally got attacked less then 30s after my shield ran out the other day.

This is Not nice at all. I was just starting a trophy push. Its making it harder to find bases to snipe.
I'm getting like less than 10 trophy per hour. And why is it i find more TH7 & 8 when im TH6

With the forced offline every 6 hours, if I am lucky i get sniped right after i get kicked and lose maybe ~10 trophies.
If im unlucky i lose 30 cups.

Thats 3 hours of progress gone.


Anyway, Its the high th people who are happy, not exactly helping fresh members

I cant imagine what its like for people who cant stay online while building army. Do they get raided after every raid?

What is your TH level and trophy count?

matchmaking is awesome for loot! regularly finding 600k bases. tons of 2k+ de bases. game is actually enjoyable instead of a huge chore now.

Im TH6. I can only fight TH6/7 or snipe higher th. Fighting higher TH means risk losing 30+ trophies. Even th7 is a stretch
In a way I guess this matchmaking helps?

I just let my shield run out now(and replenished 1 minute later) to preserve my trophies. No more half-hourly raids until the weekends.

This is ♥♥. If you wanted TH to fight appropriate level TH why not just take away leagues altogether, make it optional.
Whats the point of trophies now, other than for achievement?
Why even put people in the same league if they are not considered equals?

As a byproduct of the update, lower THs will no longer easily be able to get to higher leagues. You essentially can get as high as the few highest of your TH, unless you can be on all the time (since you no longer get snipes from THs much higher than yours). The higher your TH (and troops and defenses), the higher you go.

Just pretend you never hear of Th4s making it to champs. Those days are gone. Higher leagues are now earned.

And to be frank, lower THs going higher and higher by sniping big bases with their THs out was a big part of what created loot problems. They were sniping bases that could have been farmed by higher THs. And then why higher THs were forced to go down deep to look for loot.

Just keep upgrading.

Trophies will still matter a bit! You can use them to see where you are and control them to put yourself among other THs your level.

people spend days non stop sniping to reach champs. Will you call their effort rubbish and their title "not earned"? How is that not grinding also?

I suppose in the long run, this will "flatten out" and th5 will be fighting th5 in masters? As you said "You essentially can get as high as the few highest of your TH"

basically its now Im in "TH6's Gold League" aiming for "TH6's crytal".

I am sick of getting 3-starred as soon as I log off. The update has made it more profitable to save the 16-hour shield and collect from maxed collectors. Sure, you can only get about 500,000 a day that way, but it's better than losing 300,000 after every attack. Can't even go up a league because people keep taking trophies. Now that I'll find the same sized bases in each league, trophies are meaningless.

The system was already set up to protect smaller bases by making less loot available from them. If anything, increase this loot difference because right now the game is ruined and everyone is at risk of being destroyed by every single attack.
