Your design and stats need some work however. I see you put a lot of time in designing a new troop. But a few ideas no offence you put a bit to much time into making it your troop and this guy is way to good. He has about as many hit points as a pekka and about half its attack. however this troops does three times damage to walls a nice idea but three times is a bit to much and don't replace my pekka lower his attack and keep the times three to walls or keep his attack and lower hit points. But!! I love the idea of adding a troop that takes twice as much damage from wiz towers I always have felt that they are the least cared about defense after cannon tower. this new troop would fix this problem. And my vote is up the amount of spaces he takes up. 15 is not many at all considering he is better than a golem because of his balance between a golem and a pekka. With only 15 spaces he would be to good. I know I added some surjections to stats of this new troop earlier but maybe keep the stats, but I still think the area damage adds to much power, but make him take up 30 or 35 spaces. This may seem outrageous but I have 200 spaces in all of my camps and I could hold 13 of them, with them taking up 15 spaces but if you made them take up 35 I could only hold 5. however I may of grossly over estimated this new troop. I typed a lot so I will make a few built points

-or keep his current stats but take away the .4 spaces area damage and make him something like 40 spaces or 30?
-I like the 2 times damage taken from wiz towers.
-and further more I more than likely over estimated this new troop.
I like the idea and I hope that you are able to get this guy in the game!!!!!!!!!

OK I upped the troop space, made him only double the damage to walls. I'm not going to mess with the actual stats though. It has a bit less heath than a P.E.K.K.A, and not nearly as much DPS. I personally think it is pretty balanced by this. However, if I get more people who agree with you, I will work on the stats some more.
When I'm reading this post, I can't help but think of the Minecraft mob, the Slime. Maybe it should make damage to whatever it is jumping on? I dunno... But I like where this is going!!!! It is definitely progressing.
Let me be honest with you...This idea is pretty good. It would change the way people play clash of clans forever. It would likely make wall breakers obsolete, but this would be balanced by the fact it takes up a lot of housing space. It may be a bit to strong though. To judge that for sure, we would have to wait. We can only tell it's true power if/when it's in the game. Keep up the good work.
