Easy drag 11.3 why would you go gowipe?
you are more likely to get 2 stars with that army comp. mass drags with rage are more of a sure thing for 3 starring that base
You can use mass dragons.
Mass drags for sure provided your drags are level 3. I also recommend 2 rages and a heal. You need to place the rage spells leading drags into AD's and make sure they target 2/3 of the AD's once they are inside the core. Then you drop the heal when they start targeting the town hall as it will take them a few seconds to get it down while being hit by the far AD. If everything goes correctly the remaining drags should be able to take out the far AD after being healed and you should still have plenty of drags for clean up.
Taking level 6 loons in your CC will help as long as you place them correctly and they target the AD's while they are busy trying to fend of the drags.
