The wizard Prince is a town hall 10 hero that costs 20000 Dark Elixir and has a special ability unlocked at the normal lvl of 5 the ability alows a Ring of fire(7 tiles) that will damage the buildings inside the ring and spawn in wizards like another hero but half the troops spawned by the archer queen or barbarian king as he's a prince.
