NEW DARK TROOP IDEA: Leeroy

"Leeroy is a master of trapping technology, he mastered the art of the, "bomb!? Run!" Technique, and trained at the academy of master Oops in the art of accidental disarmament"
This troop is a fast moving unit with high health, and a low DPS it targets anything, and when it runs into a trap, it yells, and the other troops don't go near him, but, Leeroy himself, stays where he is, curls into a ball, and takes the damage, in the exception of a spring trap, if Leeroy is caught in a spring trap, he stops, and takes out the spring with his wrench (his weapon) he also can spot air traps like balloon bombs if he gets close enough, and disables them, Leeroys weakness is the Skeleton trap, because even through all his training, he's never gotten over his fear of skeletons, and he drops to the ground, and curls up, and waits for someone to save him.

No, just no. The idea of a trap disarming/tanking (damage absorbing) troop is terrible. Traps are made to be able to add that extra line of defense against invaders. Whats the point of traps if you can just disarm them?

How long does he yell for because if he activates a trap near where you broke into the walls then your troops won't go through the gap and your wall breakers would have been wasted

It could easily ruin an attack and would be absolutely useless in defence

Maybe not so mich of a tank, he wouldnt have a huge amount of health like a giant or a golem, probably something like a hog rider, but I understand what u mean about the wall banger thing, and I would just have him yell till the trap actually goes off, that way ur other troops can avoid it

People need to stop trying to think of troops that disable traps. Do some troops disable defenses? No. A base without traps would have a lot of trouble stopping attacks. They are the most important tool in balancing battles.
