Th7 loot vs th8

Everyone is saying loot at th7 is great. My average loot is around 150 k gold 150 elixer, and i would not call it great given most upgrades are around 700 k to a mill. In late th6 that was great loot. Am i doing something wrong? Should i be finding more loot? Also what can I expect in th8 lootwise? All th 8 in my clan tell me their average is 220 k

trophy range?
i am at 1150 as a th8, and i must say its great, and im jelly of those th7, as i see th6 with 100-150k with arent worth lotting all the time

Its take a lot of pressing the next button to find a suitable base with full storage and also take in to account of the trophy range that you are in since that will affect your farming. The best trophy range for Townhall level 7 is 1100-1400.

I agree. I will say goodbye to TH7 in five days time and I will never regret having maxed out everything in my current TH7 level. I seem to have these things pending: upgrading minion and hog rider to level 2, upgrading Baba King to level beyond 1.

My loot is around 150k - 200k gold at trophy range 1050 - 1150.

Im at 1458 trophys right now. If i go past 1500 there is no loot, but when i drop to 1300 there are all th8 there. When i go even lower to say 1200 i see nothing worth attacking

150k each is good loot.

I don't believe the average of 220k...unless he is modding.

the relative greatness of loot between th7 and th8 isn't so much in the amount that you can take in per raid but rather in how much easier it is to find the loot at th7 and steal it. th7 sits in a perfect spot regarding the amount it can steal and who it can steal it from. it is pretty easy for a th7 to raid th6, th7, and th8s for a large amount of cash. when you move to th8 your ideal farming range is th7, th8, th9 which means you face stiffer competition to be able to clear out all their storages.

also, premature th9's are absolute goldmines for th7's since there is a 50% bonus for attacking them.
