Clan wars suggestions

Hello all,

I would like to suggest these changes/additions to clan wars.

1. After a search is complete, the normal prep duration is 24hrs, some preparation does not need that long, it would be nice to have an "agree" button on both sides (disabled by default and can only be activated by co-leads/leader), which when pressed on both sides, will start the war immediately or at least shorten the prep duration by some amount.

2. A feature where co-leads/leaders can assign targets to members on the war map, if that member still have attack(s) remaining.

3. Last one, simultaneous multi wars per clan. Lets say 2 possible simultaneous wars. One squad with mainly top th, and another with th6 and other composition for example.

1) This idea can be exploited to war very often for more loot. By leaving it at 24 hours, every clan has the opportunity to war the same amount as all others. If you allow clans to war more frequently by getting rid of prep day, it offers them the ability for more loot than others. This has also been requests a bajillion times, so search before you request.

2) Also requested frequently, but I am not sure what the arguments for or against it are. I feel a well organized clan doesn't need this, as clan chat or 3rd party applications can assist with this.

3) This would allow clans to get more XP in a short period of time. Overall it just sounds and feels like a bad suggestion.
