The pic on the flag could be abused. People could post inappropriate pictures or words on the flag. Maybe if the picture was checked by SUPERCELL before being able to be changed, but that would be too much of a hassle. Good ideas though!

I agree that you should be able to make a custom emblem but it needs to be an ingame editor.

Also please consider making the clan castle back to the way it used to be where they can't jump over walls. Makes attacking extremely unbalanced.
