When someone buys a flag, make it custom. Eg: when he clicks on that it comes "change Flag"
which allow you to choose any national country flag to be seen in the flag poll. This way i think it wont make more COC memory. And In edit try to give all of the countries flag so that everyone will be fine with that to choose their homeland flag.
