It would be nice if pekka could go thru open walls instead of going all around the base! Everytime I make a hole, and set pekka right in front of it, they go all the way around and attack everything outside instead of going thru!! I think it would be great if this can change. Does anyone feel the same as I do???
Yes. It happens sometime to me but not only to PEKKAS. The targets of different troops may contribute to what direction they will go and what building they will destroy. There is a higher percentage that troops will go around the base rather than going inside it through spaces because of the buildings that are near the hole and that surrounds the base. And an even higher percentage of going around it if the troop's specific target is nearby and eventually, the building will be its target. And if you're saying that the PEKKA should go automatically in the base through a hole in the wall, then just time the deployment of it or let other troops destroy the buildings first to avoid your problem.Quote:

But yes, it annoys a lot, if you use PEKKA for gowip, try out to substitute the PEKKA with some Valkyries(Gowiva).
They are also a bit tricky to handle, but if you train a bit, they´ll be easier to control than a PEKKA ;)
Already tried that. They still go around the base. It's been times there were buildings were destroyed, came with wall breakers, release sone troops and pekka. Troops went thru, pekka didn't! This takes away from using them. It really sucks!! I'm wasting alot of elixir and space. Guess i'll just have to use a jump spell ALL THE TIME when I have pekka.Quote:

I am sorry to say that your timing still was off. There was something closer to one side than through the hole. Chances are the troops that went through the hole punched deep enough that it was father to the next target in (compounded if everything not protected by a wall was destroyed). These conditions need to only exist for an instant. Once the pekka has decided to retarget itself around if a wall falls a split secod later its too late.Quote:

I feel your pain, the differences can be only a fraction of a square and only need to be there for a split second. Sometimes in the time from when you drop your first troops to your later ones those first ones do something that changes those measurements for just that instant.
