A question for you
Have a question for you, asked my clan mates and I keep getting mixed replies so I turn to the forum for an answer. I am a th7 with max defences, basically everything is be maxed except 1 barracks and the mines and elixir pumps which are all v7. I have all my walls to v6 and about 40% to v7. So should I stay at th7 and wait until all my walls are v7 before going up to th8 or should I go up now with weaker wall and just upgrade them slowly in the future. I know there are pros and cons with each side but don't know what I should do.

Max out your walls. Best option for you because the loot at TH7 is great so you should make the most out of it.

Since town hall 7 is the best place for loot, it would be better to do everything now, especially the barracks, since you can still have workers busy as you do the walls. I would recommend doing the rest of the mines/collectors, since they are a decent source of free loot, but they are not absolutely necessary.

Max the walls, their look is more intimidating to potential opponents and they make more of a difference in battle than you would think. You have a bigger loot pool at TH 7, so why wouldn't you. lvl 8 walls are 500k apiece, that is no joke, so better to get lvl 7 out of the way now.

I would go ahead an upgrade to TH 8. Idle builders are worse to have than non-maxed walls.
