[Pushing] TH in or out?

Thinking i might do the whole th and storages in the corner thing, seems to work for a bunch of ppl

The most likely way to win cups on defence is hall in, DE storage out.

To try cut your losses, hall out. A TH10 farmer usually only wants the bonus and will pop that hall of yours and leave.

And do not trap your hall, sure you might win against a rare TH6 pusher, but do that to a TH9 and you will be 3 starred and losing a lot of loot.

TH out, no traps and keep your loot low. Only issue you'll probably have with that is 3100-3200, seems like more players at that range will snipe then try for 50% since they are in the last stretch for champs.

I'm a near maxed TH9 (only working on heros and walls) and I prefer to leave th outside. My base is tough enough now that most people will take the sweet snipe for ez loot bonus. Not a guarantee of course, the more loot I carry the more likely I'll be attacked by a strong composition.

In crystal, a TH9/10 will probably just snipe you and leave. Just don't let your loot available go higher than 100k-ish.

In masters, a TH10 will probably just snipe you. Your base design will have to be great by this point. Make sure your base is hard to 50% all buildings inside range of defenses(except TH), no corner builder huts, etc etc. Also make sure you have really low loot. If you find that you have high loot, leave them outside near your TH so a farmer will not try to take it from you and get more stars.

By the time you reach ~3100 cups, don't bother with your base design. You'll get 3 starred every time you log out right away if you are a TH8. Just try to make your base look easy so that you get 3 starred right away and not wait for someone who would revenge you and take 50 cups(happened to me around 3 times on my push to champion, and it sucks so bad).

I haven't tried the TH in storages out though. So I don't have a say in that.

Th8 in my clan is at 3100.. Th inside and winning defenses lol.. He isnt even maxed

Trap your th and get some joy out of your defeats. Your going to get crushed any way you go in champion.
