I do the usual to switch between my two CoC accounts on my Android tablet: I disconnect my Google+ account, then reconnect into my second Google+ account, and I am asked to enter the word CONFIRM... all the time, every time! Could we perhaps confirm only the first time we connect to a new Google+ account, instead of all the time?

Supercell doesn't officially support multiple accounts. They don't officially ban it either. The terms of service don't say that you're not allowed to do it. But they do say that they won't support it. Which means you should be happy you can switch at all. They're tying your village to your Google+ account instead of your device.
Imagine this: instead of disconnecting from Google+, reconnecting under a different account, and having to type CONFIRM, what if you had to uninstall Clash of Clans and reinstall, in order to change accounts? What if that didn't even work???
Anyway, I'm not saying your idea / complaint is bad. It bugs me a little too. Of course, CONFIRM is now the first option in my spellcheck on my phone, so I don't have to type it anymore. I just tap on the textbox, wait for my keyboard to pop up, and pick the CONFIRM word from the spellcheck section at the top of the keyboard.
On my tablet, I have to type CONFIRM, and the keyboard on my tablet (a Nook HD) doesn't have a capslock key, so I have to tap the shift button before each letter. That's a pain. But still way easier than other ways it could be.
Edit: Be glad that all you have to type is CONFIRM. I've switched to the German language a few times (I took German in high school and college), and they have to type BESTÄTIGEN if I remember correctly. Of course, once I type an uppercase B on my phone, BESTÄTIGEN is now the first option on my spellcheck. ;)
