Wars are once a week most of the year, but sometimes twice a week in the summer. You can opt out for war, but must use both attacks no matter what if you opt in.
Rules
Donate 1/4 the troops you receive.(not strictly enforced, but you won't get elder if you don't follow it)
No cursing-this will get you kicked, even if you are in a war.
Use both attacks in war.
Elder and co-leader are earned.
Don't ask to be promoted.

Not rushed(a little rushed is ok.)
(exceptions can be made to all of these requirements)
Promotions
elder: 40+ donations, 3 wars using both attacks, follow all rules.
co-leader:150+ troop donations,active,4-8 wars using both attacks,follow all rules,trust,loyalty

What! I haven't bumped this since June! We just beat a level 4 clan yesterday in a tiebreaker. We've also beaten a couple level 5 clans. We're getting better and need more members
