As to the level of a wall the higher it get it slows down an air unit. In a sort it could be explained that the wall get higher or it thicknees afects the aerodinamics of the fligth. Some magnetic properties can be assumed by the element of the wall. But in general this could level the dragon obliteration on th7s and encourage more ground attacks and troop upgrading.

Walls shouldn't have an effect on air units because they are walls. To counter this, Supercell made all of the air units extremely slow and hard to anticipate. Air attacks, specifically Dragons (except maybe level 1), do not need a nerf; ground attacks just need a buff.
