Please add something like clash caller.com but in game

I like to give out strategy sand dibs bases. This would make it much easier. Please comment so everyone can read

If your clan is disorganized to the point where you can't call a simple base. What makes you think an I'm game feature will help? From experience; players who do call bases usually are the ones who don't think they can do an attack elsewhere.

Not really trying to be rude here; but your suggestion lacks extensive detail and simply stating please do This or that isn't going to make me or anyone support your idea.
