- We maintain a relaxed, positive, fun atmosphere
- We focus on growing and investing in smart players to build a loyal player base.
- Our main focus is honing our skills for war and supporting each other in that endeavor.
- No donation ratio or request limit (we find that most players naturally give back, though abuse of this policy isn't tolerated).
- We war back to back except for occasional one day time resets.

- A firm grasp of war strategy

- Willingness to take constructive criticism
