Success is about picking which based on base design. Gowiwi works great for spread out bases but struggles against tighter bases. If forced to pick I'd say gowiwi though since gowipe is essentially a two star strategy.

I like gowiwipe. I usually run with (changes are made based on the base, but generally this is the setup) 2 golems, 10 wallbreakers, 20 wizards, 5 witches, and 1 high level pekka in cc. Spells are 3 rage 1 jump. Works really well for me.

GoWiPe > GoWiWi @ th10
Although If you're going for three stars at th9, you're better off using hogs.
