PLEASE Nick and/or Supercell... Please reply to our
Supercell hasn't personally replied to my emails at all in the 2 days since contacting them.
I've already followed troubleshooting steps as recommended by the "auto" reply emails, but no resolution.
Nick, the troubleshooting steps you have in the thread above are the same ones that were included in the "auto" emails sent to me.
Is there anything else I can be done, or will I not be able to play this game anymore?
(I chose the prefix "General" because it looks like this "crashing" issue affects those playing from "Android" as well as "IOS" applications since Hay Day's last update.)
After 3 days I thought we would get some kind of answer
I just don't understand why we have not gotten an answer to why we can't load the game
I don't understand why our concerns are being ignored by the developers

Even though it is the weekend, apparently some of us havent been able to game for over 3 days now. And that would originally place this issue long before the weekend began.
Seems necessary to keep this thread noticeable until addressing the issue may occur.
I wish I could have said that worked, but...
I've tried that 3 times over after uninstalling Hay Day and signing out of Game Center, and soft reset of Ipad. Still no-go.
It looks like in that link to the post you sent was when their games were stuck on connecting. Mine "Connecting" then "Loading" then crashes back to my desktop.

three days without a answer to our concerns is ridiculous
at the least they could acknowledge that they have a problem and are working on it. That is not too much to ask for
I wouldn't mind any additional attention to this issue..
Anyone troubleshooting what hasn't already been troubleshot would be very welcome, or citing additional attention to this problem.
Like I've said before, it would've been really nice to have the other troubleshooting steps work already.

My situation is same as Dora's.
I cannot access the game in help, since I cannot access the game.
I have not been able to now for several days.
I have placed several emails to Supercell support though..
And have only gotten what looks like an auto-replies. With auto-follow ups some three days later.
I plan to remove excess decorations from my farm....
When I can open the game! :)
I am holding out to see if they can fix for upper levels.
I will be more than happy to work on chopping down trees, shrubs, & take out the little decorations I have.......when I can finally get in the game!
