i hope that on Monday we will hear some news cause if we dont that would be disaster
personally i will wait few days and then i will delete the game permenately , i can wait for a solution but i cant accept this negative behaviour
Coincidentally, yesterday evening I received the customary feedback emails for the ones I sent out days ago.
They give you options to rate their support. I didn't even say I "hated" their support. I chose the still dissatisfied "disliked" because the situation is still unresolved.

Isn't Cricks our resident techie mod? Maybe Cricks could step in and help with a few of the questions and concerns players are having. I know Cricks has helped me in the past with issues within the game.
Anyone troubleshooting what hasn't already been troubleshot would be very welcome, or citing additional attention to this problem.
Like I've said before, it would've been really nice to have the other troubleshooting steps work already.
Unfortunately I can't say what the queue is for our support. :unsure: If you have reached out to them, they will get back to you as soon as they can. Sometimes it may take longer than expected (or we'd like to) but they will look into it.
I presume you reached out to them from the in-game settings? (not sure what your problem was/is)
