Supercell hasn't personally replied to my emails at all in the 2 days since contacting them.
I've already followed troubleshooting steps as recommended by the "auto" reply emails, but no resolution.
Nick, the troubleshooting steps you have in the thread above are the same ones that were included in the "auto" emails sent to me.
Is there anything else I can be done, or will I not be able to play this game anymore?
(I chose the prefix "General" because it looks like this "crashing" issue affects those playing from "Android" as well as "IOS" applications since Hay Day's last update.)
