A Simple Idea : READY BUTTON IN CLAN WARS

Hey Clashers,

As most of us like to clan war like crazy, didn't we?

The idea is to add a READY button for clan wars.

So war is declared between two clans, preparation day starts, Leader discuss the strategies and donations etc, click the Ready button - other clan leader do the same - Battle day starts, if one or both did not press READY button than war commences after normal 24 hrs prep day. Only leaders can get to see the READY button. This feature will add more responsibility to leader's shoulders of taking care of everything before getting ready. More comments will be welcomed. Sorry for the BAD ENGLISH.

What happens if the leader isn't included in the war or is simply just absent?

Normally a clan should be having a leader in participating in war, however for any reason if leader is not participating or absent, war can commence after the normal 24 hr preparation day, or should Co-Leaders have that access as well? What do you suggest? Would appreciate your suggestions.

Supercell can't afford the more frequent war payouts. The more they pay out, the less gems people buy.

Disagree-wars are a huge profit center for them. People gem their heroes for war attacks (which is why they will never have heroes available at previous level for war). And spells, and troops if it's getting late.

I kinda agree, but at the same time this is a game based on waiting things out or spending gems to finish things early. Implementing a READY button just to quicken the preparation day would be ideal, but realistically would break the integrity of what this game uses as its basis for the majority of how everything else works. Maybe if there was a way to gem battle day starting earlier? That would at least hold it true to the game. Plus you'd have to wait for the other leader to press READY as well. Who knows how long that will take? Might be a clan filled with 10 year olds who don't even comprehend that. Or maybe some clans will press the button too early and screw things over for the rest of the clan. Could be super detrimental with clans of like 30 and up. That's way too many people to coordinate when YOU want battle day to start instead of everyone just already knowing they have an entire day. I also don't think Supercell wants people warring every single day like that (essentially your idea could allow the possibility of a 7 battle day war week), the company obviously uses time as a huge part of the game; making it difficult for clans to just zip past everyone and get level 10 clans. And I know plenty of leaders who don't war, I am one and I don't war every time and I don't plan on warring every time. I'm also not going to be sitting there figuring it all out just so I can press READY for everyone else. I have way more important life things to do than sit there and think things out for the rest of the clan just so battle day can start a few hours early. That being said, I think it's a neat idea, but way too many holes in it.
